About the Vehicle Booths

What exactly is a vintage vehicle booth?

We take retro vehicles like the iconic London taxi and the VW Campervan and turn them into fully functional, super stylish photo booths. Think retro vibes, modern tech and unforgettable memories.

Do the vehicle booths actually drive?

Some do, some don’t – but we always deliver and set them up where you need them. Think of them more like beautiful, functional showpieces.

Can I drive the vehicle?

Unfortunately no – as cool as it would be to drive one of our vintage vehicles, only we can drive them.

Can you transport guests in the vehicle?

Unfortunately not – we are not licensed to transport cool guests.

Set Up & Logistics

How much space do you need?

Roughly the space of one parking space, plus space for your guests to queue, gather round and pose with the vehicle booth, if they wish.

How long does it take to set up?

We usually need about an hour to set up before your event starts.

Do you need power?

Yes, we will need access to power or a generator for outdoor events. If there is no power then we may be able to use our own power banks – get in touch with us to discuss further.

Can the vehicle booth go indoors?

Yes, depending on the venue and access to the desired location (e.g. is there a wide enough entrance, any sharp ramps or stairs). We’ll work with your venue to check access in advance.

Can you move the vehicle booth mid-event?

Nope – once it’s in place, it stays put. But we help you plan the perfect position beforehand.

Customisation & Branding

Can I customise the outside of the vehicle?

Yes you can. The degree and type of customisation will depend on the vehicle. Some vehicles can have bespoke vinyl wrapping whereas others can have vinyl magnetic stickers – either way your brand, colours or logs can take centre stage. Get in touch to discuss further.

Can I customise the inside of the vehicle?

Yes, you can. We can help bring your vision to life in a variety of ways. Get in touch to discuss further.

Can I customise the photo prints?

Absolutely – everything from the photo layout, to your logo, font and messaging can be tailored to your event.

Can you match our event theme?

Definitely. From props and backdrops to template styles, we love getting creative with your vibe.

Photos, Prints & Tech

Do you include unlimited photos?

Yes, depending on the package you select.

Do I get digital copies?

Absolutely — you’ll receive a private online gallery after the event to download and share your faves.

Can guests take GIFs and boomerangs?

Definitely! Our booths support still photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and even short video clips — all shareable instantly.

Can you create a photo album or guestbook?

Yes! We offer beautifully curated photo guestbooks — complete with space for handwritten notes, stickers, or messages from guests. Perfect for weddings, milestone birthdays, or keepsakes.

Can you print the photos on merchandise?

We can! From magnets and keyrings to branded photo sleeves or postcard prints — just let us know what you’re after and we’ll make it happen. 

Events & Booking

What type of events do you cover?

We do it all. Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, brand activations, photoshoots & launches, pop-ups, festivals – if it’s worth celebrating, we’re there.

How long can I hire the vehicle booth for?

As long as you want. Our half day package is 4 hours, full day package is 8 hours and extended day package is 10 hours. If you want to book for longer then just get in touch to discuss.

Is an attendant included?

Always. A friendly VVB host will be there to run the booth and assist your guests at no extra cost.

What if my event overruns, can I keep the vehicle booth for longer?

Yes but only if it’s available. The cost will be at the additional hourly rate which can be found on each vehicle’s page.

Can I hire the vehicle booth but not use it as a photo booth?

Sure – you can hire it as a static prop for your event, magazine, advertising or movie shoot, whatever you like. Just get in touch to discuss further.

Are there any transport, delivery or set up costs?

Set up and wind down is absolutely free. Delivery & collection within Dubai is free. Delivery & collection to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman or Umm Al Quwain is AED 1,000. Delivery & collection to Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah is AED 1,500.

What props do you provide?

We bring a curated mix of fun, stylish, and themed props — everything from retro sunglasses and feather boas to signs, hats, and vintage accessories.
Weddings? Corporate launches? Disco fever? We can tailor the props to match your event vibe. Want something specific or branded? We can do that too.
